That's right WILD FOOD FAIR right here in the Ozarks!! We will have Expert Foragers, Certified Herbalist, and a few of the Top Mushroom Educators in the State. Demonstrations and Workshops:

Demonstrations Included: Foraging Hikes with 6+ Instructors, Wild Culinary with Chef Rachael West, Cooking over Fire with Chef Hailey O'Brien, Sustainable Building with Hempcrete and tour a finished shower house / bathroom build, Learn about Mushroom Paper with WildWise Botanicals, Mushroom Log & Totem Demo, Medicinal Mushrooms with Rob Wunder of Wundershrooms, Wild Medicinal Antiviral & Antibacterial Salve Demo with Herbalists Alex Payne of Tending the Wildflowers, Plant Medicine Tincture Demo with Heather Duff and so much MORE!!!!!

Rachael West is the Owner, Lead Instructor and Founder of Eating the Ozarks. She is an Expert Forager, Wild Foods Chef and Author of Wild Foraged an educational culinary cookbook. She's taught wild foods in the Ozarks for the past decade working with KOLR-10 biweekly Wednesday's, the Missouri Master Gardeners, Springfield Community Gardens, Springfield Art Museum and more. She is a Certified Herbalist through both Rosemary Gladstar and Susan Weed.
