Introduction to Wild Edibles

Tuesday, April 18th ( from 5-7 pm
Buffalo, Missouri

Late Spring ID Wild Edibles
Talk & Tasting Hike

This afternoon hike is the perfect way to introduce yourself to the Wild Edibles in Missouri! We will take a hour hike around our property seeing dozens of Wild Edible Foods & Herbal Medicines.

We will stop at each plant to talk about its features, uses and photos. If its edible raw I'll hand out samples of the plant to each student. If there is an abundance you'll have a chance to gather a few leaves, etc for recipes at home.

After our short hike, we will gather on the back deck for Wild tea, wild vinegar potato salad, salad greens from Urban Roots with anything wild we passed to top, and more.
