We have been dreaming of a way for students, educators, chefs and businesses to connect around wild food!
The Convention will be held in the Ozark Mountains at Old Wilderness Canyon, in Reeds Spring, Missouri. This will be an all-inclusive event. No booths selling you anything (unless you want to sign-up for classes down the road)! Speakers and Demonstrators will be lined up each morning, then you'll be off for workshops and / or hikes. It wouldn't be a foraging convention if you were not under the trees and up close with each plant, mushroom, nut or fruit. You will have many opportunities to join in foraging hikes around the 57 acres, see live demonstrations, or sit under a shady tree listening to Authors, Foraging Educators, Chefs, Live Music and More.
