That's right WILD FOOD FAIR right here in the Ozarks!! 

We will have Expert Foragers, Certified Herbalist, and a few of the Top Mushroom Educators in the State.

Demonstrations and Workshops: 

  • Foraging Hikes with 6+ Instructors! Learn to identify useful wild plants, mushrooms, as well as the ones to avoid. 
  • Live Music by Audrey Duff
  • Wild Culinary with Chef Rachael West: Learn about using Foraged Food in Everyday Cooking 
  • Cooking over Fire 
    • ​Bison on a stick, Wild Roots and More
  • Sustainable Building with Hempcrete and tour a finished shower house / bathroom build. 
  • Learn about Mushroom Paper with WildWise Botanicals​
  • Wild and Garden Teas Class & Tasting with BontanicaFina​
  • Mushroom Log & Totem Demo with WildWise
  • Plant Medicine Tincture Demo with Heather Duff

Lunch:

 -Grilled Mushroom Po’Boy with Wild Greens, Wild Herb Gremolata, and Spiced Aioli (Vegetarian, Dairy-Free; can offer Gluten Free with no bun)

Dinner:

  • 11:30 - 12 Mushroom Inoculation with Mike Snyder of WildWise (on Stage) 
  • 11:30 - 12 Growing Herbs and Harvesting Wild Herbs for Teas with Courtney (at Booth) 
  • 12 - 2 pm Music by Charlie Becker with That Lebanese Place on the Wild Side Apps at Pavilion with Eli. 
  • 12:15-1 Cotton Candy with Chloe (Passionfruit, Raspberry or Honey)
  • 12 - 1 Intro Foraging Hikes Shanna / Jamie Meet at Pavilion before and after for snacks. 
  • 12 - 1 April & Ginger Wild food Talk & tasting 
  • 1-2 Foraging Hike with Bo Brown
  • 1-2  Herbalism with Wild Plants with Heather Duff (Midwife, Doula, Herbalist)
  • 1-2 Hempcrete Demo, Talk and Tour with Chris Begley
  • 2-3 pm  Open Fire Food with Chef Haley + Booths + Music by Bo Brown
  • 2-3 pm Cotton Candy with Chloe (Passionfruit, Raspberry or Honey)
  • 3-4 Wild Clay with Dottie & Dez of Oran Mor Community
  • 3-4 Foraging for Syrups and Soda with Tasha of Vaughn Wildcrafts
  • 3-4 Mushroom Paper with Cara Snyder of WildWise Botanical 
  • 4-5 pm  Open Fire Food with Chef Haley + Booths + Music by Charlie Becker
  • 5 - 6 Wild Culinary with Rachael West of Eating the Ozarks (on Stage) + Booths. 

All Day:
  • Stop by the WildWise Booth to Inoculate a Mushroom Log to take home $25
  • All you can eat popcorn with wild topping bar 
  • Tea Bar with Botanical Fina Therapeutics
  • Mushroom and Cheese Crostini at The Little Farm Store Booth
  • Make your own propagation jar lid at Dandelion Brownie Booth
